need help animating a music video?

Hello all readers, i recently was asked by a friend to make a animation on one of his songs. Adventually i started getting a great great story for this song. I wrote it, how weird i even came up with it.

There is just one problem, and this problem is not small. I have no flash experience what so ever. I made a few animations but all are blam worthy. For they are simple tests, not entire movies. My drawings are good, but i have a hard time using the program.
(Mainly the whole framing and frame inside another frame thing) and also multiply different layers at a time.

And than how to animate a certain scene on the perfect timing with the song.. i have no idea. I only heard it's best to keep your music on 'stream' while animating on it in flash. Can someone tell me if that is true? Or how i could start. Maybe some tutorials about this subject, that would be extremely helpfull.

btw i only have 3 months to make this thing. Every day counts for me.
