Any Flash Version will suffice.

hmm well adobe is mostly used here on this site, but there are other animation programs like Toonboom Animate, and animate Pro. There also are 3-D animation programs, but to cut to the chase yeah flash is ok for animations.

Cool, toonboom cost way to much for me xP
There's a discount (around $550) of off flash CS5, so I think that may be the way to go for me.
I'll look up animate pro though

I have to say that for a beginner you are pretty damn good.
And yes, I personally despise any digital animation software apart from Flash. Well, I guess Anime Studio
has some cool features (layer order animation, built-in physics and vCam) and is a lot cheaper, but many of them won't work when you export as swf for Newgrounds, so I would stick with good old Adobe.
I need a new sig that fits the new design, but I am too lazy.

I believe you already posted those images. I have seen them before here on another topic.
Why would CS5 not be ok? It doesn't even matter any flash is fine to use.
