I dunno, most of them are in turmoil. Thats the point. I would say Enslaved, but it has dogs and mechs, I would say Jak3's world, but shit would hit the fan fast, I would say GTA, but dying, then being brought back to life by an ambulance, and shot AGAIN by my murderer, and me and the paramedics being brought back to life to be killed again by the same guy.....
All game worlds seem awful, I might just go with the final fantasy or disgaea universe. It would be great to get paid to kill small animals, and save the world and stuff. The worlds are so rich and wonderful, and are not built completely around dangerous objects. That in mind, maybe the kingdom hearts universe.

after a good five minutes of thought...minecraft. easily obtainable food, easy to cook, easy to build, and if you die you just respawn at the last bed you slept in. as long as you don't go out at night, you're set for life. and even if you do, it's not a big deal.
