Help smoothing out a walk cycle

I wasn't sure how to post this, so I just uploaded the FLA file to megaupload and hoped that would work but I don't know.

anyway.

I've just started to learn mah flash animations and I'm using classic tweens on these graphics right hur, but I'm not sure how to make this really loop together to get a nice full walk animation that loops and then tween it back into the idle frame.

you do know you could use the newgrounds dumping grounds feature right?
