I would try to make her hands look more realistic. Preferably by making her fingers bend downs instead of up. Most people's fingers don't look like this.

Yeah people have dirty minds! But for the piece I think it'll look a little more appealing with outlines of the character, thin, thick, mediums etc. That is just my opinion I am speaking for my self.
