An 8-bit building? Seriously, open Photoshop... heck, open MS Paint and make it yourself. It's about the same effort as a stick figure. You don't need our help for that.

To be honest, your chances of getting this done for free are pretty low even in the request thread. But if you want to increase them slightly, you should at least give some more details.

What kind of buildings do you need? From what view? What about the size?

You could have more luck if you seriously team up with an artist you know, rather than just asking someone for "free art" basically. I know there's not much difference between these two approaches but that little difference is important.

Anyways, good luck with your project and maybe some more details can help you find someone.
