In need of an artist for a TD-Game

Hey!
The past weeks I developed a solid Tower-Defense-Prototype.
It has different towers, enemies, maps and upgrades and some other stuff. Some other things will be added later :) )

You may aswell check out two games I developed. (You can find them on my profile)

For the prototype there isn't a real menu yet, it will have "Credits", "How to play", music and quality adjustment and "New Game", which leads to the map-menu with map-previews. You're then going to survive as long as you can (last wave will be #100). If you lose all your lifes your survived-rounds will be submitted, representing your score. I thought of a medieval-theme with different towers, "Stone-Towers", "Ice-Towers", "Fire-Towers" and maybe some that produce money every round or raise the money you get, when you sell a tower.

You're ideas are always welcome! :)

So let's talk about what I'm actually looking for:
- An artist, who
...helps me inventing new things and improving the game.
...can draw in a cartoony and suitable style.
...will change the graphics of the prototype to better ones.
...has enough time to chat and talk about developing the game.

Maybe you're now thinking: "Oh, hey, this description perfectly fits to me, since I'm a great artist...".
Well, that'd be great! :D

Your job would be exchanging the graphics, improving the game with ideas and discussing about it.
I have some experience with ads (I already earned some money with my two crappy games :P), but if this game becomes awesome we could maybe think of looking for a sponsor...

The money should be splitted 50/50, I think.

By the way: Because my English isn't that good I would really appreciate working with a german artist, but of course artists from other countries are welcome aswell!
