Any advice?

I am still pretty new to doing art. I only spent a few hours on this and I made it for a friend (mostly as an inside joke). I was wondering if anyone could give me advice?

Right off to boot, even I can see the limbs and torso look like crap. I tried for quite a while to make pecks of some sort (don't worry, the only part that is supposed to be a "girl" is the face), but I failed miserably.

I would love to get better, but I have a very analytical mind and I can't seem to figure out how to improve on my own (other then just practice, obviously), but what should I technically do to improve this picture? Like how do you actually make proper looking arms in this art style? What about the torso? That sort of thing.

TL;DR: I want advice.
