New To Animation

Hi i'm a hopefully soon-to-be animater, as you already know by the thread's header, Im new to this so if anybody could Teach me or direct me to a website that teaches me the basics to Adobe Flash Professional cs 5.5. Since its the only piece of software i currently have that deals with the work i want to do.

Yea i've seen some of Oney's tutorials, I remeber him mentioning a book called the survival guide for animaters or something similar to that. Do you know where i can find that book?
