Marriage is an extremely useful tool in modern society, much as religion - whether you believe in this or not - functions as the "opium of the masses" (some smart guy). It's nearly a perquisite of order in this form of civilization, preventing swingers, rampant casual sex, and the spread of highly dangerous diseases that may shred this society up from inside.

This suppression of the animalistic tendencies of the unbridled man is in conclusion a benefit to our society as a whole, not something that should be disregarded as a perversion and a step against evolution.

However, the other side of this is that we have boatloads of fat-asses and lazy bums everywhere. Maybe it does have something to do with this counter-evolutionary development that remains a first-world countries' greatest issue, maybe it doesn't. The fact is, the average women could go up to the average man and say, "Hey, do you want to have sex, or some other sexual activity?" and the average man would say yes. However, if the situation was reversed, then the average man would probably be slapped in the face, or at least treated with disgust, as a pervert.

So basically, sluts are sluts because there is no challenge in scoring lots of men, while men have to do lots of work to score a woman (typically)

Of course sex improves your life expectancy. Sex is good for you when done in moderation. Would I like to see more females do casual sex? Yes, of course, but the fact of the matter is that girls tend to think of sex differently than men. Also, a girl who does enjoy casual sex is not a whore or a slut.
