What version of Flash to use? 2011-09-16 00:40:55 Reply

Seeing that animations usually don't need ActionScript (with the exception of the preloader), I wonder if what would be lowest version of Flash i can publish with.

Sorry for the bump but the reason why I ask this is because of people using Smartphones, which I doubt will have the latest flash.

I agree, I had 8 on my old computer and I'll vouch for it.
It's much more simpler than the CS versions for making buttons, and action scripting, with all of the best features.
