Dick is self explanatory. Cones is old slang for the same sort of person. So a simple translation would be:

Jus' cuz I be gettin' dese here prank phone calls does not therefore mean I need to be disheartened by their callous remarks.

I can prove the accuracy of the first part of the sentence

There is in fact a chance that dicks and cones will bone your phone. A hole could be cut in the phone.

but words will never hurt me

I cannot prove nor disprove this part currently. It is possible for words to hurt you in a psychological sense. However, I can't guarantee that words WILL hurt you. I also can't guarantee that they won't.
