Don't you love how the media repackages old news as new news even though they've done it a million times before? For those who grew up during the 80's and 90's most of us knew about Kirstie Alley through the countless jokes of her gaining weight, losing weight, gaining weight, losing weight and it's always news. How is it news? She's the freaking teeter-totter of the diet world.
Also if you're gonna ask why you should care, you shouldn't.
I was reading a good column by Jeremy Clarkson today in which he explained the whole re-writing of old stories.
Must be easy to do if you are a journalist.
