Install onto A drive?

Okay, so a while back my computer fucked itself and my hard drive failed. So I got a new one. But the fucktards at the store gave me a 50 gig instead of a 500. So I went back there and made them transfer over all my shit onto a new 500 gig. Well, now I'm trying to install a game (that is on a CD). But the thing is, it's the Orange Box. So it's running through Steam. And I have no option to install it onto the A drive. Is there anyway I can change this? Or possibly make the A drive my default drive for all installations?

Steam will install it's games in it's own installation folder (at least on Windows), install Steam on your 'A: drive' (I doubt it's actually named that, that slot is for 3.5" floppy disks) and all will be well.

You'll need to reinstall Steam on your A: drive. Steam gives you no option to install to different drives because it automatically installs everything to its own directory. You may need to back up any games you have on the current drive Steam is on and then reinstall everything on the new one.
