Sadly, the OP mentioned that he couldn't afford going to the doctor. I don't know how that's possible, seeing as he's rich enough to get on the internet but poor enough to not go to the doctor. Hopefully it will heal over time and is nothing bad.

I think it's a fungus of some kind. Spray hot water over it, see if it dies out. If it doesn't, the hot water will exacerbate the pain, and will probably become worse; it's a 50/50 chance. Kinda like Russian Roulette.
