I'd say that the most memorable user differs from person to person. There's a bunch of people here that I really remember, with kisame, Narcissy and Jedi-Master (may Tom Fulp have mercy on his soul) being among my fondest memories.

But I have to say that the most memorable, to everyone generally, users would be the moderators. They are for the most part still just users, after all.
