Lil Wayne lookalikes. We've all seen them. Or even know one personally, at least. They're usually cool, or at least try to act cool.

There's one guy at my college who looks like a taller version of Lil Wayne and always wears this hat. He has the same dreads as him, and the same facial structure of him, he could seriously be like Lil Wayne's brother, it's kinda eerie.

I have to disagree. I have never seen a Lil Wayne lookalike in my whole life, and I am not that young anymore. So, your assumption that "We've all seen them" is very wrong and just a bad generalization. I, however, seen people who were look-alikes of other celebrities, but it seems that this doesn't interest you at all, sadly.
