I know it had gotten its start as an internet meme, but I've heard it enough in conversation to consider it a part of modern lingo. Even then, those who didn't know what it meant, cannot simply take the word, "bro," and deem it racial. People always look for small things like this to hate on, and its just fucking ridiculous.

This is shockingly reminiscent of the case of a group of teenagers who were arrested for rapping their order at a McDonalds drive-thru. The staff at that particular McDonalds justified calling the police regarding the teenagers because the rapping of the order supposedly made the staff feel threatened. We live in a ridiculous world.
