Hm, it seems in my case it's the complete opposite. All the girls I've been with only wanted a meaningless hookup and I would've liked more. Though maybe it's because all my hookups have been pretty close friends haha.

Not a goal. If I just wanted to have sex I could get it from some of the whores. That isn't to say that if a girl wanted to I wouldn't. But, I wouldn't pressure her or date her for that sole reason.

I'm curious then Cootie, what exactly if your reason for dating girls? You don't think its for sex as you "could get it from some of the whores". You don't want a relationship, which is why you made this thread.

You just want to hang out with some girls then? Then hang out with them. Don't have a DATE which is a stepping stone for the start of a ROMANTIC or SEXUAL RELATIONSHIP. This is why you're putting ideas into their heads, because thats the whole point of a DATE.

Well in regards to the sex, I mean it isn't why I take them out. But, it would be nice if it happens but it isn't my goal and it doesn't bother me if it doesn't happen because I haven't had too much sex to be honest.

On the flip side I just like going on dates. It gives you a warm and fuzzy feeling that just hanging with a girl doesn't give. You get to hold their hands and kiss them and flirt and a bunch of things like that. On another note (and I sound like I plan too much) it gives experience for the future when the dates are "real" per se and they actually matter.

Cootie, live in the moment will you. Yeah chances are quite high that any teen relationship you have will not last but don't fool yourself out of what could maybe be a good relationship, even if it is short lived just because you're self-aware about the chances of breaking up.

I've only had this mindset for about eight months. Before then I was actively seeking girlfriends. Maybe I just need a break. No sense in getting one now though, I will be starting college soon.

I'd like to point out to very stupid statements in this post.

1- You waste all of what little money you on have on putting a smile on a girls face, and giving her attention? That's bloody stupid from a logical standpoint. Period.

2- You give respect to a demographic of people based solely on their genetic code. For no other reason than the fact that they are female. That's bloody stupid aswell.
