Deleting my account?

This might (or will) sound pretty retarded, but quite a ways back i made this and another account where i post my music. problem is, i was only 12 when i made these accounts, so i lied on my age. Being that i want to start making some professional music and post it here on the AP, I realize this is really unprofessional and quite embarrassing. Besides, I'm thinking about getting a new stage name.

If i wanted to delete my two accounts how would i go about doing so? Or would it be better to just abandon these accounts and make new ones?

It's best to just abandon the accounts you no longer wish to use - deleting accounts has to actually be done manually by a staff member and it leaves dead links and whatnot around the site.

If you do make a new account and you wish re resubmit audio it would also be a good idea to send a message to an audio moderator as a heads up and make sure to mention who you are and what you're doing with a new account when you submit your first audio on your new account (You will need to be vetted again like you were when you first started out but if you give an audio mod a heads up he might be able to make it go a little quicker).
