Need Flash Developer for Game

I am currently seeking a skilled individual who can assist me with implementing a series of systems (combat interface, score/health...) into my game project. Individuals should also possess an artist eye as I require artwork to be developed based on a menu/combat system.

I am offering $600-$1000 for this project. Payment shall be paid through Paypal and made at various points as the project moves forward towards completion.

Applicants should be US based and must be accessible via phone as well as Instant messaging.

Project Background: The core content for our game features live action video. With the video, I am looking to implement an interface that will play certain scenes based on the Players actions.
For example: Your enemy is coming at you and is about to strike you. While the video plays of your enemy running toward you, an interface will pop up and as the player you'll have seconds to perform an action that will result in either you taking a nasty attack, or dodging their strike. Roughly put, this is the entire concept of project. I do have some work samples available upon request.

I want to recommend something: DO NOT PAY THROUGH PAYPAL!
Whenever you make a transaction through Paypal, these guys take like 5% or something.
