The top most one is the best one IMO. I just like how the font somewhat goes with the background, not like the other one which looks to stuck out. And the Zero symbol fits as well. It just needs a border though. I give you a 7/10.

They both score the same 5/10 not much in it, just a zero pic, and text. Plain background, 5/10
