you see, I have had this thing. Whenever I stretch by back and shoulders after sitting in one spot, I tend to temporarily lose my balance, have trouble thinking, have fuzzy vision, and generally feel numb all over. It lasts like 10 seconds. One bad case I had of it, I stood up, fell down, got back up, and didn't remember what the fuck just happened. Another time, I stood up, picked up my cell phone, walked forward a bit, dropped my phone completely lost feeling, walked into a wall and fell over. After that i didn't remember what happened. This happens to me like 2-10 times a day.
Do you know what this could be and what I could do to prevent it?

Any chance that you just stand up too fast? Try to stand up slowly.

Stretch before getting up and get up slowly rather than quickly.

Guess you should keep something sugary around to eat then.

That sounds like a blood pressure issue (usually low) or an equilibrium issue. There's a test your cardiologist can do called a tilt table test to see if that's the case.
It could also be a type of seizure or you could be having heart issues such as an arrhythmia.
It could also be something very easily fixed such as low blood sugar or a vitamin deficiency.
I pass out frequently and have seen tons of doctors. They've been treating me for epilepsy for years but I've just recently stopped the meds since my EEGS do not show any seizure activity.
I encourage you to go see your doctor, a simple blood test may fix this for you.
But please do not ignore it. You could suffer permanent brain damage, heart damage, and I'm not sure if you're driving yet, but if you pass out while driving, most states take away your license.
I've been there so I know it sucks and I hope you find out what's wrong.

You could have a muscular imbalance like me. One muscle near your spine could be bigger/smaller than the other, causing you to loose your equilibrium. You can strengthen the weaker muscle by working out your back or doing various stretches via Rehab. Try going to a spine doctor.

Thanks a lot, I will tell a doctor. The only reason I haven't already is because whenever someone sees it happen to me, they think I'm faking it to seek attention. I hope this isn't a seizure thing, It probably isn't. This has been going on for years, I'm glad you guys could help
