this seems to be a recurring theme. maybe you should require moderators to use an authentication token? (just don't use the RSA one...). Or maybe temporarily reject logins from new IP address for the mod accounts? I suppose you have already considered stricter measures for security.
Also, i'm guessing most users are like me and have stopped reviewing flash a long time ago because the review mod system is pretty much bullshit. A harshly worded no nonsense critique is bound to get deleted.
