Hi everyone, i need some feedback on my menu format/design/whatever. I feel like it could use a lot more. If anyone wants to suggest something I can add to make it look a lot better, please tell me! I'm ver open-minded about this because i just want to get this looking awesome.

It's kind of bland with all the gray... and seems unbalanced. Like you just threw stuff in haphazardly.
Your 'style' seems to be 'quick and messy' ...which probably works well to speed up the animation process, but for a menu that's mostly static... I think taking the time to clean things up (not so much that it doesn't match, but enough to make it more finished looking) would really pay off in the end.
...and, I'm personally not a fan of hand drawn type unless you're really good at it. There are tons of free font sites (check the art101 news posts for links) ...the right face can make a world of difference.
