So we all know a lot of people are disapproving of Obama and whatnot. Then there comes a lot of nicknames for the guy.
A popular one is Obozo (from Bozo the Clown), Obongo (like the bongo drums, an African instrument), and Oblammo. There are tons of other ones but these are funny. Not that I hate Obama but I thought those were kinda cool.

The best nickname I could think for him would be Baracka O'Bomba
Baracka is a play on words on the MK character, Baraka. {the one with the blades from his wrists} The last name is a play on words as well, the O' is to symbolize the Irish blood from his mother and the Bomba is for dropping bombs on Libya and Afghanistan.
That is why I like using clever wordplay, it's a underrated artform on words.

And by the way, Congress consists of the Senate and the House of Representatives. But it doesn't matter because the president is just as blameworthy as Congress.
