hello ^^
Im wondering whats the best FREE RELIABLE drawing program with layers. I have already tried twistedbrush and sumopaint and they suck (glitching a lot)

Did you check the Art Resources in the Newgrounds Wiki? You didn't specify what type of drawing software you need (vector-based, 3D, etc), but there are various free options there for each category.

If you've played about with SUMO Paint, try Paint.net or Gimp.

Paint Tool Sai is a good program. It has alot of features you may or may not be interested in, in exchange for learning the program. Good luck!

Paint.NET is very good. It`s something like Photoshop, but it`s free and it will not take out big space on your computer. I`ll reccomend you try it out.
