Me too, those spam companies can't churn out ANYTHING good and they're annoying as fuck, but like half of their games still pass and it pisses me off because I can't get any blam points! Just look at my blam to save ratio.

Not completely, people do enjoy the games for some reason. On cookie cutter accounts it is pretty annoying. If it's an actual user submitting one then its alright because they put a bit of effort into them (at least most of them do anyways).

Even a well made dress up game will get no more than a 2 from me, and if it's a primitive drag and drop dress up where the clothes don't snap into position, mostly 0, or 1 if it's drawn well. Dress up games aren't fun and have no depth, and give a minute at most of game time.

Pretty much this. Also hitting doesn't do much because mostly girls tend to pass them through because they like them. Not everyone on Newgrounds is a dude. We also have a fair share of female users.
