3.93 / 5.00 4,634 ViewsOk Im going to be working on some fighting in an upcoming animation and was curious on the framerate I should use, I want it to be fast paced and look good but was wondering on which framerate it would look best on?
I have been working with 30fps but I have heard it is more common to use 24fps, I havent really worked with 24fps and am not sure if the pace will be slowed down in the process of animating. I dont know Im confused..
Which is better the faster framerate or the way you draw it even in a slower framerate?
ugh

I would say either 24 or 25

30 fps is normal but is more likely to be used to make games

I would suggest making a frame by frame rough animation and when the rough animation is done edit to see what fps fits the animation it all depends on how long you extend the frames.
Hmm yeah your probly right, Ill give it a test run.
