shower of course because it is quicker and cheaper. you waste a lot of water filling up the bath tub if you take a bath instead. besides, who wants to be immersed in dirty water and fall asleep when bathing?

Showering's good for actual washing yourself, high-powered hot water jets IN YO' FAIC.
I do take the occasional bath though to soothe chronic back pain.

Showers, as I don't like the idea of sitting in your own filth for ages.

I used to live in a house with a Jacuzzi in it. Naturally I took alot of baths in that house. Now that I live in an apartment, I almost always shower.

Personally, I prefer to shower, it seems more practical to me. I only bath when I want to relax or when I am ill.

Since u all say shower, I must go with bath.

I have a bath. It's so much better because I know how much water I use, much better than when I leave the shower on for x amount of time, and with access like that, I could keep using it for a longer period, wasting more water. With a bath you're only confined to the size of the bucket, and you know you're wasting more water if you take more from the tap -- time flies by if you're having a shower, so you waste more water as a result.

I think that only applies, when you let the water on the whole time in the shower. I don't do that.

I bathe at my Mum's, as she has no shower.
I shower at my Dad's, as he has both.

I might prefer baths. It's rare that I will favour a shower over a bath though sometimes I will shower instead, especially when on a shaving frenzy.

Baths though are just so damn relaxing, and for someone like me who seems to live on a knife edge of insanity these days, having a nice bath is just a great thing to get the stress levels down. A nice bubbly bath, with my iphone on, browsing for something to read in the tub. It's just bliss.

Shower I haven't bathed since I was 11 years old. Besides I got better things to do then sit in a tub full of my own dirt.

Shower, I'd rather not bathe in my own dirt. IMO, a shower is more refreshing too.
