What would you do to improve NG?

I just thought of this out of no where but, what would you do to improve Newgrounds? Besides getting rid of all shitty games and animations.

Setting it so a vote of 2 or below counts as a blam, promote a higher standard of animations overall, promote NG internationally for a call of talent, reward users who consistently leave helpful reviews or overall promote a positive example to the NG community, optimize the Art Portal, making it easier for an author to tell if they've received new reviews, optimize a system where user-created content can be easily arranged into products they can sell in the store with small percentages diverting back to NG to fund the costs of manufacturing and site maintenance, and construct a personalized sub-user page that the NG user can easily link other people to showcase a demo reel they constructed themselves for presentation purposes; ad free, completely customizable to acclimate their style, and showcases only what they want to be shown in any manner or tone they choose.

The only thing that has desperate need of rework is the search function, at this state, it is almost completely useless.

-Make it so any flash submission with a score under 2.00 is a blam. Most submissions under 2.00 aren't worth viewing.
-Make the search better. It's currently almost completely useless. At the moment, if you need to search for a thread you should just use Google.
-Wouldn't really improve anything, but adding a purple aura would be nice.
-Notify users when somebody quotes them, reviews their flash submission, comments on their news post, and if somebody responds to their review.

Firstly, I'd raise the blam/save borderline to 2, making it more difficult for truly terrible flashes to pass, and in doing so encouraging people not to simply go along the new flashes line spamming fives in order to bulk up their save-count. In doing so, the scores for particularly new flashes will be far closer to what people actually believe, without as many people spam-voting five on every single flash that comes in.

Then I'd change the name of the site to Lagagrounds, delete every page but the homepage, and turn that into a shrine to Lagamuffin.

As far as I see it, a rating of 1.6 is way too less to let a flash pass, it should be atleast an average rating of 2, if you watched the portal as actively as I did in the last months, you will come to the same conclusion as me: More and more junk passes because people vote 5 on everything to get stats.
