I like pictures that haven't been put together by a six year old with MS Paint.

As far as text goes, I like people linking to their Twitter because if I like their posts I'll probably like their tweets and follow them. I also like it when people link to their sites (as long as it's not webs.com/blablabla). If they've got a TLD I'll generally check their site out.
