This I know. Giygas has a freaking creepy theme though, slight breathing, static, and creepy piano sound with echos. Also Mad Jack from DK64 was pretty weird too. 02 was a freaky boss though but he didn't have a freaky nightmare fuel theme.

I wish I still had my 64 before my brother gave it to someone for something entirely stupid. Now I can't play Super Smash Bros. or Hey You! Pikachu anymore.

Well, too all those who haven't played Kirby 64: The Crystal shards, I reccomend you do, I grew up with that game and it is just awesome.
