Hmm, that's a twist. Most people were atheists when I was in high school, and you'd be no differently accepted if you were casually religious.

anyways, this is why I try to avoid discussing religion IRL, especially with people I have regular contact with, If anyone asks me I just say "I'm not that into religion" or something of the sort.
Back on topic, what are they doing to you? if they are harassing you you can call the police, or if it's not that serious ignore them.
