How do you add voices and music to a flash animation?

You save the sound as a .wav file and then go to file - import- import to library. and then choose the sound file you want and it will appear in the library then make a new layer and drag the sound from the library to the stage and your sound will appear in the layer.

Well, firstly, any sound you add to an animation should be in mp3 format. Secondly, you will need to create a separate layer in your animation just for music. When you have the music you like, go to file, import. then hit import to library. Then click on the frame you want to put the music in and go to the properties box. Under sound, hit the drop down arrow, and you should see the sound or music you imported. Click on it, and it will be in your flash. Now, of course, you'll want the sound in more than one frame, so just drag it out for as long as you like. If its music in your flash, and you want it to stop or you don't want it to mute, click on the frame you want it to stop on, enter the actions panel, and in the coding area enter stopAllSounds(); exactly like that, and it should stop. Hope this helps!
