What you neglected to mention was the fact the you have won the lottery. A BMW M3 or a land rover freelander, firstly the cars are going to be expensive secondly the insurance will be off the charts, how about getting insured on your parents car or buying a cheaper shittier car.

Well first of all...its not an M3, an M Sport BMW would cause stupid amounts.
Kind of like an X5 and an X5M which is twice as much.

Its just a 3 series BMW. I was thinking just insuring myself under my parents insurance, if they let me do that I might as well get a BMW X5.

Believe it or not both are quite affordable and have decent engines for fuel. 1.9 Liter BMW 3 series and a 2.9 Liter X5. the X5 is starting at around £6000 and the 3 Series, at least the one I was looking at is around £5000.
