Then why is it mentioned in all the History books? Without New England the rest of the country wouldn't even exist.

I live in northern Maine. I was gonna type some more stuff, but no one cares. So I wont. :)
I'm from Baltimore. All that's special about us is that we have so many people in wanna-be gangs that we have wannabe gang violence.
"Crip" gets arrested for slapping a "Blood" who then calls the police.

Yeah, I remember Stephen King saying that his idea of the "real Maine" begins north of Bangor. Something certainly begins there, what with the interstate getting pushed up to 75 MPH just north of Bangor.
Farthest north I've been is Baxter State Park. Absolutely beautiful up there. But yeah, there's little to do in southern Maine, so I'd imagine northern Maine is much worse...

I live somewhat near Baxter State Park. From my perspective southern Maine has much more to do than here, even the nearest Walmart is like 45 minutes away. Yeah beautiful though.. I get this exact view driving to school: http://www.maineanglers.com/gallery/albu ms/album02/Mt_Katahdin.sized.jpg
I live in Hanson,MA it's a smal town that is outside of Brockton. I personally hate living in New England, but whatever. The winters suck and the accent gets annoying after a while. Seriously, learn how to pronounce your fucking Rs.
Also, Cape Cod is worthless if you aren't 21 or over. If you can't drink then have fun chilling at the beach for hours. Which sounds fun, but gets old when you realize that all you can do there is lie down and "tan".
Del's Lemonade is where it's at.
Rhode Island reporting in :3
I might go to college in New Hampshire. After 4 years, I'll talk just like you
lol I wonder what the British people have to say!I think its cool how parts of our country are named after other countries like New Mexico,New England.

And believe me, anyone from New England can tell you, how many people can't pronounce Worcester (wuhster).
Its called both Worcestershire and Worcester sauce. And I dont think ive ever met anyone who cant pronounce it whos over 18, although that may be because I live in the UK.
