Eh, I don't get too many PM's the most I've ever seen on the waiting list at one time was probably around 6 or 7, and that's when bad shit was going down. They're always interesting to read back on, you see people you once spoke to, events that happened long ago. They're like pictures of your NG life from days gone by.
