I remember learning about the naturalistic writers in English class. They spoke just like the OP back during their days. America is where you have constitutional rights and the only place where the government doesn't control the economy and people's lives. It's called, Capitalism. The more you know.

Unreasonable searches and seizures? If someone is illegally downloading content and sharing that content with hundreds of other people, then doesn't that warrant a seizure? Just as how stealing thousands of dollars worth of physical consumer goods would warrant legal action.

Europe isn't much better. Sure, in Europe you have free healthcare, but other than that life is pretty sucky if you are not rich. Take the subway, go to work, take the subway back, live in a small, old apartment in a distant suburb, take the subway again, go to work, get paid a crappy salary at end of month, realize that with it you can barely survive until next month, forget about good vacations or anything, take the subway back, etc. Pretty dull lifestyle. Europe sucks if you are not super rich.
It's kinda true... And what worse is that those people are tricking people way below their capita to vote for the bills that give them less benefits (Rich want no taxes and want to take government support for poor people). I NEVER understood why anyone below the upper middle class would vote for these types of people....

I don't live in the USA. I live elsewhere. There are no big corporations where I live. Strangely enough, though, I may be getting the short end of the stick too, somehow. And here, outside of the USA, people seem to get jailed for pretty stupid crimes too. So maybe the bullshit isn't limited to the USA exclusively???
Sure you may say that, but the only thing different in Canada is that you have "free" healthcare. If you think the middle class in America have it bad, try being the average income earners in countries like Pakistan or Cambodia.

It's a nice country and has a high quality of living, but the process of immigrating there is difficult. Also just like many other countries and even the US, Canada has a lot of issues as well, even if it's not on the level as America's. It seems really difficult to immigrate to Canada though, unless you're from China or India.
