Well it isn't exactly all that good but it was pretty funny the quality was not so good and the drawings were a bit bad. But to say it does not have the right to be on Newgrounds I'd be lying so Yes it is good enough for NG.

I think you should add a background and work on sounds. Your drawing is good enough for an animation. :)

Shade.
Animate kiss but make it look real stupid. (This will probably give you some more points)
