So I'm working on a flash animation about pigeons. I've got my pigeon model which I'm happy with, but I've been spending the last hour or two unsuccessfully creating a frame-by-frame flight animation of the pigeon flapping its wings - try as I might, I simply can't draw it properly. I've taken some time to come to terms with the fact that I'm not a very good animator beyond tweening and basic frame-by-frame, and so I have come to the BBS for help.

Would somebody who is better at animating than me be able to have a go at animating the wings flapping on the body of my pigeon? Movie is in greyscale colour scheme and in 24 fps. Flapping animation should loop. .FLA file can be found here, mail any attempts at this animation loop to [e-mail], obviously full credit will be given once I finish the movie and submit it to the portal, plus you'll be rewarded with copious amounts of cake.
