lots of art whores around the art thread recently. i might try being a (art) whore when my next holiday comes up, see what happens.

Only do it if you really can devote the time an effort into it.
I've seen too may "art whore" type threads pop up, and the OP makes like 3 of the drawings, and then just gives up, or they make them, but the drawings suck ass.
So you have to take a lot into consideration.

i would have a set time on it (like 24 hours) and i can draw ok(ish) or just about good enough to be a whore. also it's a good way to get noticed on newgrounds.

back to the sketch books now, hasn't the art portal gotten a little worse for the newer artists? you can't see as many new submitions, but the quality of the work the has improved, just something for you all to think about.

starting to write a manga with my good mate jerry (as artist and co-writter). lots of work and planning need to go though before i can get pen to paper, it's going to be a school-life story but that's all i'm going to say for now.

i'm going to work hard to aviod it being "shit".

Is it going to be autobiographical or about a fictional character going through school?

It's going to follow a character. The story is a little pervy, contains super natural elements with slap stick style humour. That should provide a little perspective for those interested.

just keeping this up to date. i know the body shapes are a little off but this is the sort of style and level the picture will be, maybe a little better after more practice.

"queen of metal" i'm having a break from the manga i'm making.

not done yet. i'm going to add patterns to the armor and make the lines darker.

that's nice to hear, i think i'm starting to develop on my own styles and ideas which is improving my work (i hope).

working on lighting and slight emotions in order to provide a natural feel.

got exams coming up soon, therefore for the next month it's unlikely i'll add anymore to my art threads. sad times
