I need people for this to work

I'm trying to make an attempt to get people notified of my (hopefully our) project. Just read my "Everything will be by Everyone" post on my page for full details. please help, this will be my first shot at anything on Newgrounds, and this is your operntunity to do something, I just need people who are willing to try it.

I'm sorry, I'm not entirely sure what your news post was trying to say. From what I gathered, it's meant to be a collaboration by many users to create a "Newgrounds Town" which you can walk through FPS style to visit and view work by many users?
If that's the case, you'd be needing the cooperation of well-known users, not just any user, which is where I think your idea is kind of fuzzy. Even if you did get the cooperation of big users, would they be giving you access to animations they previously made, or making new shorts? How would you make a section for "NG short timers" since, after all, they're not here all the time anymore?

Maybe it's just me that doesn't understand your post, but some clarification would be great.

I know it's tricky, this is just the rough outline of my idea, I just wanted to get all the ideas I had come to me in that 20 minutes down on something perminate. The town is right, that is what I was looking for not exactly the 1st person though, but I know it will be hard as websites that are mainly user based, are still individual and we don't know eachother. And I was not looking for borrowing users animations to put in this or for them to make new ones, (if you mean my "Flash Theaters") just something that would show how the animations are shown to the Many users that visit and watch an animation in this "town." The "Hall of Fame" idea is just sort of honoring all the users that have made a bug name for themselves and stuck with it (i.e Egoraptor, Chris O' Neill, Hans Van Harken etc.) the short timers only meant people that made some good movies and then just left, it was just something I was thinking of because I was watching the "Kung Fu" parts 1,2 and 3 (which I had watched a few years back in 08') and he was supposed to go on with the series but left to never be heard from, this is what I meant by "short timers" but this dosen't need to be included, as all ideas are prone to be scrapped. If you have anymore questions, feel free to ask. Thanks for asking also, I want this to make as much since to everyone as possible!
