Well man, it's nice. But I think the entire thing could use a bit of work.
The anatomy beyond the hands is off, and the lines are wobbly. If I could make a suggestion, try drawing with reference. Trust me on this, it isn't cheating or anything. Eventually you will be able to slowly stop using references, and soon be able to just freehand it. It's just part of a learning process. You'll soon realize that hands aren't just five lumps in a row, and have unique and complex structures.
Also, your shading could use a little bit of a push as well. Shadows don't just outline shapes, but rather define them, and creates the illusion of a third dimension. I've attached an example to show you just a basic way of shading. The first picture is similar to what you have done, and for the most part should be avoided. The second just shows you sort of how shadows should actually lie. The third uses multiple tones to further define the shape and add some more depth to it. A lot of artists shade in different ways, so its worth looking around and finding a style you like.
Sorry about the examples crappiness as well. Only had a trackpad to work with. Anyways, I hoped I helped. Just keep practicing man.
