Have you not been paying attention to the situation in Afghanistan? Do you know that there, men have a right to rape women whenever they want? Do you know that women can get arrested for not covering up there faces and driving a car? The problem you should be addressing is women's rights. Besides, why would anyone lie about getting raped?

On your first point:
The MRA mainly focusses on the Western World, because that's where the problems for men are. Feminists do too, but without good reasons. Feminists should be centering on, for example, the Middle-East, like you said. And why the MRA focusses on the Western World? Because the Western Civilization should be, well, civilized. Which it isn't, or at least when adressing gender issues.
On your second point:
Why people would lie about getting raped? Your ignorance and/or general lack of education on this subject is truly mind-boggling!
In marriage:
1. To get the custody of the children;
2. To hurt their (former) husbands even more.
In general:
1. Personal grudges;
2. The ease with which women can do such things;
3. Attempting to get sympathy or money from people...
And many more reasons, probably.

You actually forgot one of the more common reasons, to cover up that they had consensual sex.

These are legitimate things the feminists should be focusing on instead of doing stupid slut walks because some cop said common sense advice in a poltically incorrect way.

AFAIK Khan hasn't been convicted yet and the cops called out Casey Anthony as being a liar during the trial. She did get convicted of lying to the police.

Also if the police bought her lies they wouldn't have put her on trial. It was a jury who found her innocent of murder, not the police, or a judge.

To get an advantage if they're in the middle of a divorce.
Revenge.
Not all women are mentally sound and some of them don't need good reasons to do things (this isn't a crack at women, there are mentally unsound men as well).
Why would a woman lie about being raped? idk my first gf said she was raped in grade 11 at her old high school i finaly got her to tell me what happened shed told me about other sexule abuse before but she did so so willin'ly then she said things about what happend on the football feld " the hit me" she said " you never hit a lady i said"

He is not cold as ice. He is rational. There's a difference between the too. And it is definitely more than 'a handful of women', according to the statistics that do not use pseudo-data such as '9 out of 10 women do not report rape' (never proven) or 'if a women says she has been raped, she has been raped' (ignorant, false, stupid, and a hella lot of other negative adjectives).
Those 'studies' you are referring to are purely propaganda. Not a single person that I asked to present evidence for those 'studies', or even a publication of it managed to give me a reasonable answer.
On your story... There is quite the chance that she is just emotionally manipulating you in order to get support/sympathy/false witnesses. Almost all women can fake crying. Also, work on your fucking grammar. I have a lot of trouble to read a single of your sentences, so I just skipped to the later part. If you want me to read it all, fix your stuff.
On your second point:

You can't be jumping to conclusions based on the number of unreported rape statistics because they are exactly that unreported.
You can't study anything unreported because it's impossible and what you are saying is nothing more than feminist propaganda.
Look, I'm not arguing any longer. You've made your point and I've made mine.

You can't keep track of the numbers of unreported anything because it's impossible.

1/6 males being sexually absued before age 18 does not take into account unreported abuse.
The statistic for adult women is much mroe complicated. There are a great deal of places where woman can report rape without it ever being passed on to law enforcement. As a student member of NCVLI, I have heard this statistic from people who work t women's help homes, district attorneys, and the founder of the institute. When there are people who complain about fake rape, or those who complain that women get so much preferential treatment, that they would rather not report and internalize the problem. For many women, retelling the story is equivalent to reliving the attack. When it comes to reporting to the police, not only do they have to tell it numerous times, they face scrutiny by defense attorneys trying to defeat the claim, prosecutors trying to solidify their case, and other who would just ridicule for their own personal reasons. Our society still has the stigma that when a woman is raped it is somehow inherently her fault.

Fine but male rape victims have it even worse since apparently men can not be raped by women.

That appears to be a great exaggeration. Isn't a woman a lot more inclined to take care of an infant seeing as how it comes from her own body?

If a man wants to avoid being a father he has to get a vasectomy and use condoms to avoid std's in fact he doesn't have any other options.
There was almost gonna be a law for paternity tests to be necessary for all pregnancies in California until female protesters pressured the government to not pass this law.

Yes they can. Sure, the woman may have a major obstacle in raping a man, it can definitely be done.

Sounds like the women got together to help men's rights. Either way, it does make sense. I mean it's pretty easy after a birth to tell who the mother is, whereas it's very difficult to definitevely figure out who the biological father is.

Yes but how does preventing a law that makes dna tests a requirement help men?

Tabasco lube should solve this problem...
I'm curious as to what the conclusion should be for the issue at rape.
Assuming the woman is lying, until she can bring forth hard evidence?
Putting rape cases as a thing that justice doesn't have to interfere with? (if they get raped, it's their own fault, hence no need to bring down the man)
Or other things?

If the women either admits to be lying or caught lying than she should be punished by having her name, face everywhere as a false accuser as both punishment and a warning to other men not to have sex with her because of how spiteful she is.

Rapists should be punished but than so should liars on an equal level because they make it more difficult on real victims of rape.
and there are also precautions one can take to decrease there chances of getting raped such as the way the act, the way they dress and being in bad areas.
It's much like locking your doors to protect belongings from theft.
