Art request?

I'm the worst artist ever, but my band really needs a logo. I know there are a lot of talented artists on this website, and I'm sorry if I have the wrong forum, but if anybody has time I'd really appreciate it if someone could draw up a band logo for my band. Band name is Beyond Tomorrow, and we're a classic hard rock sounding band, something that sounds like sabbath or something of the sort. I don't care how it's drawn, any of your ideas will be better than mine that's a guarantee. Any colors are cool, just I'd prefer if it wasn't made with gothic style. Again if I have the wrong forum, I apologize, and anyone who feels like doing this can ask me questions here or message me. Thanks.

No, no it's not. Why would you ever think that? We know diddly squat about what kind of image your band wants to have. We know diddly squat what you actually sound like other than "like Black Sabbath".

We know diddly squat what to do other than that we shouldn't make it gothic style and that it's for a rock band called "Beyond Tomorrow". That's very little to work off.

Also, an idea - you might want to provide an incentive for those doing this for you. Just saying.

I could do it no problem (free of course just to help out) but if you could provide some more info that would be great. Like what do you guys want to represent or what you guys are into or a theme or something more than "Not Gothic".

Actually it's very much to work with, you should lessen to more strict ideas. Stabilize it, basically I can just draw bubble letters in different colors like the rainbow, or put random symbols meaning the letters of your bands name etc. Also you should give artists incentive like re2deemer mentioned, because like me I'm sure they really value their time.

Yeah you guys are right, and I posted in the wrong kind of forum. I should have looked in an art freebie kind of forum. If you guys still want to help, which if you don't then I would rather not waste your time, here's some more info. We aren't in the modern rock/screaming genre, so we aren't really looking for anything cartoony. For example, that band Four Year Strong had an album cover with a wizard riding a squid, and I think for that style of music it's cool, but we're more of a classic style so I want to stick with something that would fit us. An old logo that someone made for my old band was this: http://stratman123.deviantart.com/art/HT G-logo-245691416 ...but we never used it so even if someone can re-make that, that would be cool. I mean I'm no artist, and I lack creative ideas when it comes to this form of art, so there are some examples of things that I like, and maybe you can work off of those things that I find cool to help me out. Like I said, this is a favor, so if you don't want to do this then it's fine, I wouldn't want to waste your time.

Pretty badass, but I think it might look better if the B were slightly taller than the other letters to help distinguish it from the rest. Might be too much work, but i'm just sayin'.

I totally get you I was gonna do that at first but then it would mess with the flow of the letters coming form the skull...I think. Anyway if he wants me to make it bigger or the others smaller then that's an easy fix. So let me know StratMan!

Meh I hear you. All the other band members listen to modern rock and screamo, but they like the type of music we're making so I'm okay with the name. As long as I'm staying true to the music I could care less about the name.
