I think republicans have extremely stupid reasons for not liking obama. My Favorite is the "where's his birth certificate" one. I mean, come on. If he was some sort of evil person infiltrating our government, then why has he been so helpful to us?

Perhaps, but I made this thread to discuss certain individuals, who think that Obama is the Devil incarnate, and how they would react to this president getting re-elected.

People that don't seem to know the difference between moderate-liberals like Obama and communists. Not that they know what communism or Socialism is anyways. The person I mentioned earlier thinks that National socialsm (nazism), socialism, and communism are the same thing, and thats "what Obama wants for this country", because "hes an asshole".

What freedoms would we really lose? Freedom to starve? Freedom to go without health care? Freedom to let the rich run our dollar into the ground. Doesn't matter when you have 40 kajillion dollars if it gets devalued by half. But if you only have 10 dollars and you cut it in half, best believe you're feelin the crunch. You may not like the idea of socialism, but my guess is that you've never watched your breath curl around a bedpost at night wondering if you'll eat tomorrow, or if you'll ever get the power back, while you drift off to sleep to the sound of your stomach growling. I would give up some freedoms to not have my children go through what I went through as a child.

I will be very surprised if Obama gets re-elected. I love him to death, he has a good heart and good intentions. He's smart, funny, and has a great stage presence.... but he doesn't fight so great.

He probably did awesome on the debate team, but the panel of judges: the republican run house, the heavily populated republican congress(sure dems have majority there, but some of them suck and are bowing down to the teabaggers), all have a bias and are covering their asses.

I read somewhere that only 1% of Americans really support the Tea Party nowadays..

Anyway, if Palin wins 2012 I'm gonna <insert non-terrorist action here>. I'll probably get really drunk and move to Canada... or vice versa.

You should here my parents rant about him. They don't know anything that he has actually done, They are against gay marriage so instantly, He is the worst Pres ever to them. In other words they are they are typical Oklahomans (I hate that word but it's the only one that I got) They believe we don't need a politician, they think all this country needs to solve it's problems is to put "A man of the Lord" in office. They actually Celebrate Bush's birthday, NO JOKE! I hate my parents political views.... So they are voting in the new election whoever has the most hate for Abortions, Gays, Foreign people, agnostic people, and people who are against violence. and the most love for, Christians, pro life-pro choice people (AKA annoying spammers.) And whoever has the most southern accent. My Parents are Every Day Repulicans.
