I'm wondering how the fuck apes take over the world with (according to the trailer) spears and their bare hands while humans have guns and shit. If they were really that much smarter than us, they would escape and spend years planning a violent uprising with large weapons instead of picking up some sticks and smashing some random city.

Yeah. How hard is it to think of a better title like "Rise of the Apes".

shit i know right
Considering there are 3,000,000 people in the USA and probably only a couple thousand (maybe less) apes in captivity, the concept is unrealistically silly. But Draco Malfoy is in it, as is James Franco.
It does look ridiculous, and the title is stupid too. Changed it from "Rise of the Apes" so people who know it was actually related to Planet.
Beneath is the best Apes movie anyway.
we could talk about how shitty the concept is, or we could watch a helicopter get it's ass handed to it by a gorilla

The movie would be 100 times more interesting to me if the apes thought of a way to take over that would actually work, like gaining access to a WMD or something.
But who am I kidding? No movies are believable in that regard. They're all about people winning against impossible odds with no real plan.

good point
The plot line is retarded and the trailer is laughable, this movie is gonna be awful.
