For whatever that is your drawing it's pretty good except the lines are kinda scribbled out but everything else seems fine to me.

The ear looks fucked up - almost not an ear at all - and the mouth is too low. Could also do with more interesting colours.

Yeah, I'm getting the feeling you're not 100% comfortable with your tools yet. That's alright. Just keep working. This isn't terrible, but it's certainly weak. Don't take that wrong, I try to find good things to say about a lot worse work everyday. Just keep going, post more, draw more, and so on. Stay cool. ^_^
