Not much. I mean, my parents barely know about it because they only have seen me browsing the site. I remember that I lol'ed when my mother once said something like "You've been on that Newsomething all morning. Why don't you do something else?"

My dad loves Newgrounds. He's on nearly everyday playing something new. Recently he's been addicted to Shump.
One day I showed him the photoshop threads and he thought they were so funny that he wanted me to make one with a picture of him in a half naked pose.

Topic says parents, your post says family and friends. Fuck you, I'm talking about parents. Mine don't really care and never visited here, I've expressed that it helped me find Flash and get into it. That's about it.

Only my brother knows I use this site. Other than that, no one knows or cares that I use this site. My parents, even if they did know, couldn't care less.
My parents thought it was ok. Then they went into the Mature section. They blocked this site on the living room computer. But not my laptop.

They have vague knowledge of it, after I mentioned last year that I was going to london to meet some people from the internet.
My parents are proud of me because I have become so prolific on this website and on the Internet in general. They never go here, so they would not know if anything they have here would be inappropriate for me. Of course, I'm over 18, so I can view pretty much anything I want on the Internet, at least in their belief. I've even shown them a couple of submissions, like my favorite "The Scale Of The Universe". They loved that.
